劉祥，山東濰坊人，吉林師范大學美術學院教師，中國美術家協會會員，中國工筆畫學會會員，吉林省美術家協會會員，吉林省書畫院簽約畫家,李可染畫院青年畫院簽約畫家。作品被中國美術館，山東美術館，天津現代美術館，湖南美術館等機構收藏。
