5月23日，擢英中學(xué)千名學(xué)子在老師們的帶領(lǐng)下，走進(jìn)海安集團(tuán)總部生產(chǎn)基地，開展以“體驗(yàn)智能制造 · 培育創(chuàng)新少年”為主題的工業(yè)研學(xué)活動(dòng)。在真實(shí)的工業(yè)場(chǎng)景中感受科技力量，啟迪工程夢(mèng)想。

On May 23rd, over a thousand students from Zhuoying Middle School, led by their teachers, visited the headquarters and production base of Haian Group. They participated in an industrial study tour themed "Experience Smart Manufacturing, Cultivate Innovative Youth" experiencing the power of technology in a real industrial setting and sparking their dreams in engineering.

在專業(yè)講解員的引導(dǎo)下，同學(xué)們分批參觀海安智能化生產(chǎn)車間，從預(yù)備、成型到硫化，完整見證了“一根鋼絲、一塊膠料”如何經(jīng)過智能化流程，蛻變?yōu)椤按髧仄鳌钡娜^程。將課本中抽象的物理、化學(xué)與材料學(xué)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化為可觸可感的工業(yè)實(shí)踐。

Guided by professional narrators, the students toured Haian's intelligent production workshops in groups. They witnessed the entire process—from preparation and forming to vulcanization—of how "a single steel wire and a piece of rubber" transform into "pillars of national strength" through intelligent processes. This experience turned abstract knowledge from textbooks on physics, chemistry, and materials science into tangible industrial practice.

在全鋼巨胎展示區(qū)，同學(xué)們近距離觸摸巨胎的堅(jiān)實(shí)紋理，聆聽“高耐切割、低生熱”等核心技術(shù)的攻關(guān)歷程。海安集團(tuán)從2005年創(chuàng)業(yè)起步，到打破國外技術(shù)壟斷、成長(zhǎng)為百億級(jí)上市公司，成為一堂生動(dòng)的“行走思政課”。同學(xué)們深刻體會(huì)到“二十年磨一劍”的專注與堅(jiān)守，在心中埋下“科技強(qiáng)國、實(shí)業(yè)報(bào)國”的理想種子。

In the exhibition area for all-steel giant tires, the students touched the sturdy texture of the tires up close and listened to stories about breakthroughs in core technologies like "high cut resistance and low heat generation." The journey of Haian Group—from its founding in 2005, to breaking foreign technological monopolies, and growing into a listed company with tens of billions in scale—became a vivid "mobile ideological and political lesson." The students deeply understood the focus and perseverance embodied in "twenty years of honing a single sword," planting the seed of an ideal for "strengthening the nation through technology and serving the country through industry" in their hearts.

As a national high-tech enterprise, Haian Group promotes the continuous development of industry-academia integration by opening its intelligent production base and R&D center.
