你以為的“手搟面”，可能只是商標！記者調查發現，陳克明、今麥郎等品牌將“手搟”“手打”注冊為商標，印在機器制面的包裝上，并配以“像媽媽做的手搟面”等廣告語，極易誤導消費者。陳克明“手搟”商標已被國家知識產權局依職權宣告無效，但線下仍有銷售，這種“心機商標”已涉嫌欺詐。（總臺記者 崔建軍 李晶晶 高杰）
