消息方面，今日《礦產(chǎn)資源法實(shí)施條例》正式施行，金、鉬、稀土、鈷、鋰、鎵、鍺、鎢等36種礦產(chǎn)被納入戰(zhàn)略性礦產(chǎn)目錄。該條例的實(shí)施強(qiáng)化了對(duì)戰(zhàn)略性礦產(chǎn)資源的管控，市場(chǎng)預(yù)期稀土等關(guān)鍵礦產(chǎn)的供給將受到更嚴(yán)格的約束。
