啟明星D+劇院的餐廳空間解鎖了!從本周一開始,如期投入使用。
孩子們?cè)谌碌牟蛷d空間繼續(xù)享用啟明星“天花板”級(jí)的美食:
“You are what you eat”,(人如其食)。
這句話用來描述啟明星的餐飲文化再合適不過了——
我們提供給師生的餐食從選料到烹制,到用餐空間,全部樸實(shí)、用心,講求細(xì)節(jié),恰如啟明星社區(qū)一貫低調(diào)、踏實(shí)的風(fēng)格。
所以我們的餐飲項(xiàng)目一向很有口碑,常常被家長們盛贊為國際學(xué)校餐飲界的“天花板”!
300道美食
在北皋校區(qū),我們的餐廳團(tuán)隊(duì)拒絕外包,全部由啟明星自己聘用的20多名員工組成。他們穩(wěn)重干練、勤勉認(rèn)真,而且為在這個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)工作無比驕傲。
大廚們持續(xù)豐富菜式,采納包括家長、老師提供的獨(dú)家菜譜,把啟明星的食譜庫擴(kuò)充到300多道美食,來滿足孩子們“難調(diào)”的“眾口”和營養(yǎng)需要。
每天中午,孩子們都能吃到一中一西至少兩道主菜。所有菜品全部安排完要將近2個(gè)月時(shí)間。

當(dāng)?shù)亍?dāng)季!
啟明星遵循“食在當(dāng)?shù)兀吃诋?dāng)季”的理念,根據(jù)節(jié)氣推出節(jié)氣餐單,選用應(yīng)季的食材,確保孩子們吃到的是當(dāng)季最新鮮的食材的同時(shí),也能體會(huì)到中國的節(jié)令文化。
餐廳堅(jiān)持不用半成品,所有食材都從原材料加工。也就是說,烹飪中使用的番茄醬、白醬等各種醬料絕不用成品罐頭,而都由餐廳廚師們自己熬制的。
清潔使用的洗滌靈、洗碗液也都是綠色、環(huán)保可降解的產(chǎn)品。在啟明星,360度堅(jiān)持食品的安全和優(yōu)質(zhì)沒商量!
誰說綠色食材做不出精致的菜肴?
大家一般認(rèn)為,有機(jī)食材因?yàn)闆]有人工介入不會(huì)那么“漂亮”,但自然的食物經(jīng)過細(xì)心烹飪,依然能保持品相,并被激發(fā)出難以抵擋的美味。
為了增加菜肴的口感,食堂的大師傅們會(huì)把蔬菜分成小批次炒制,控制每次的量,堅(jiān)持低油、少糖、少鹽,少用油炸,燒烤而多用燉,蒸,煮的烹飪方式,這樣就能減少營養(yǎng)流失,保證風(fēng)味的新鮮和品相。
“好幾年了,午飯時(shí),主廚徐師傅會(huì)一直在餐廳觀察。如果我的孩子拿不定主意吃哪樣,徐師傅就會(huì)耐心給她介紹。對(duì)家長來說,知道餐廳師傅這樣體貼孩子太重要了!”

在全新的D+餐廳里,孩子們繼續(xù)享用“天花板”級(jí)別的美食;幾個(gè)月后,D+劇院啟用,將為啟明星學(xué)生帶來更多、更高品質(zhì)的藝術(shù)體驗(yàn)和教育機(jī)會(huì)。

Daystar unveils the all-new D+ Theater Cafeteria!
As of this Monday, the D+ Cafeteria at the Beigao campus is officially open!
“You are what you eat.”— From the selection of high-quality ingredients to the care put into preparing each menu and meal, Daystar takes this phrase to heart – consistently providing balanced, wholesome and tasty meals for the students, teachers and staff.
This is why Daystar’s in-house catering service always receives high praise and is often referred to by parents as the “gold standard” in school dining.
New Dishes Every Month
Our catering team consists of more than 20 dedicated in-house staff who are proud to be part of this important work at Daystar.
Our chefs continually enrich the menu, incorporating specialty recipes suggested by parents and teachers.They have expanded Daystar’s recipe collection to 300 dishes to meet the varied tastes and nutritional needs of our students.
Every day at noon, the students can choose from at least two main courses—one Chinese and one Western. It takes almost two months to rotate through all the dishes.

Local And Seasonal
Ingredients Only
Daystar adheres to the concept of eating seasonally and locally, introducing seasonal menus and incorporating important events from the traditional Chinese calendar to ensure that students enjoy the freshest ingredients of the season, while experiencing the cultural significance of traditional festivals.
The catering team strictly avoids using semi-processed products; all ingredients are prepared from scratch.All sauces used in cooking, such as tomato sauce and mushroom sauce, are made in-house rather than using canned products.
Our community’s health is top priority at Daystar. The cleaning products we use, including dishwashing liquid and detergent, are all organic and environmentally friendly. At Daystar, we never compromise on food safety and quality!
Who Says Healthy Ingredients
Can't Create Fine Dining?
Generally, organic ingredients may not look as “perfect” due to the lack of artificial intervention; but natural food, when prepared with care, can still deliver delicious meals.
To ensure the best taste, our chefs cook vegetables in small batches, controlling the quantity each time. Daystar cooks with low oil, low sugar, and low salt, avoiding frying and grilling, favoring instead stewing, steaming, and boiling to reduce nutrient loss and ensure fresh flavors and appearance.

In the brand-new D+ Cafeteria, students will continue to enjoy delicious, healthy food. In just a few months, the D+ Theater will be open as well, bringing even more high-quality art-based programs experiences and educational opportunities to Daystar students.
