近日，上海市閔行區(qū)人民法院就一起因長期糾纏、騷擾而引發(fā)的人身安全保護令案件作出裁定，依法向申請人肖雅簽發(fā)了保護令，明確禁止被申請人張剛的騷擾、跟蹤行為，并劃定了100米的“禁區(qū)”。
