在返回瑞士后確診并住院。

據南非衛生部門向CNN透露，首宗疑似病例是一名70歲的荷蘭男子。他在船上突然出現發燒、頭痛、腹痛及腹瀉癥狀，并于4月11日在船上死亡。

譚德塞在媒體簡報會上表示，目前WHO已通知12個國家，這些國家的公民曾在位于疫情中心、航行于大西洋的荷蘭郵輪MV Hondius號上，并于圣赫勒拿島下船，其中包括一名新西蘭乘客。

“WHO的一名專家已在佛得角登上該郵輪，隨后還有兩名來自荷蘭的醫生以及一名來自歐洲疾病預防與控制中心（ECDC）的專家加入。他們將一直留在船上，直至郵輪抵達加那利群島（Canary Islands）�！�

郵輪運營商Oceanwide Expeditions表示，郵輪抵達圣赫勒拿島時，船上共有120名乘客，其中有30人于4月24日下船，包括一名于4月11日在船上去世的乘客。

WHO表示，目前共報告8宗病例，其中3人死亡，8宗病例中有5宗已被確診為漢坦病毒感染。

NZ外交部：“Ta并未尋求領事協助”

新西蘭衛生部公共衛生總監Corina Grey表示：“新西蘭衛生部已知悉MV Hondius號上出現漢坦病毒病例，目前正與世界衛生組織及其他國家合作監測情況。”

她表示：“新西蘭邊境擁有完善的公共衛生措施，如有需要，可以對可能接觸過漢坦病毒的人作出應對。但截至目前，我們沒有收到任何信息顯示，新西蘭本地目前需要針對漢坦病毒啟動公共衛生響應�！�

根據Oceanwide Expeditions本周稍早發布的更新，目前尚不清楚這名下船的新西蘭乘客是否已經返回新西蘭，仍有另一名新西蘭人留在MV Hondius號上。

此前，一名乘客向西班牙媒體《El Pais》表示，那些在圣赫勒拿島下船的人，直到本周才被告知船上發生疫情。

那么，什么是

漢坦病毒（hantavirus）呢？

漢坦病毒是一類由嚙齒動物攜帶、可導致人類嚴重疾病的病毒。這類病毒最早于韓國漢灘江地區被發現，于1993年首次在美國被確認。

疾病早期癥狀包括疲勞、發燒和肌肉酸痛，尤其常見于大肌肉群——如大腿、臀部、背部，有時也包括肩膀。

約半數感染者還會出現頭痛、頭暈、發冷，以及惡心、嘔吐、腹瀉和腹痛等腹部問題。

在4至10天后，患者可能進一步出現咳嗽和呼吸困難等癥狀，因為肺部會開始積液。潛伏期——即從感染到出現癥狀之間的時間——通常為2至3周，但最長可達8周。

倫敦衛生與熱帶醫學院分子病毒學教授Roger Hewson表示，不同種類的漢坦病毒分布于全球不同地區�！霸诿乐�，一些漢坦病毒可能引發漢坦病毒肺綜合征（HPS），這是一種罕見但可能極其嚴重的肺部疾病�！�

“癥狀初期通常較不明顯，包括發燒、肌肉酸痛、頭痛以及腸胃不適，隨后部分患者會發展為呼吸系統疾病�！�

據悉，漢坦病毒肺綜合征“非常危險”，阿根廷每年約有100人感染該病，其中約三分之一死亡。

感染漢坦病毒最常見的方式，是吸入含有受感染嚙齒動物排泄物、尿液或唾液的灰塵，雖然人傳人的風險非常低，但過去確實曾出現過相關案例。

“目前尚無特效療法...

出現這些癥狀請立即就醫！”

目前尚無針對漢坦病毒感染的特效療法。

根據哈佛醫學院發布的文章，一種名為利巴韋林（ribavirin）的抗病毒藥物有時會被建議使用，因為它已被證明對某些會導致腎衰竭的漢坦病毒類型有效；但對于影響肺部和心臟的病例，目前尚未證實有效。

哈佛醫學院表示，盡早識別感染癥狀并及時接受治療的患者預后通常優于延遲求醫者——如果疾病能在早期被識別，患者通常會接受氧氣治療，以幫助他們度過嚴重呼吸困難階段。

哈佛醫學院稱，如果你曾接觸過嚙齒動物，并出現發燒、深層肌肉疼痛以及嚴重呼吸困難等癥狀，應立即就醫。同時務必告知醫生你曾接觸過老鼠等嚙齒動物，這將提醒醫生特別關注鼠類傳播疾病，例如漢坦病毒。

如果懷疑感染漢坦病毒，建議采取標準防護措施，包括保持距離以及佩戴N95口罩，尤其是在擔憂可人傳人的安第斯病毒的情況下。

許多感染漢坦病毒的人表示，他們此前并未見過老鼠或鼠類排泄物。因此，即使沒有明顯鼠類活動跡象，在已知存在病毒的地區，仍應采取良好預防措施。

控制住宅及周邊環境中的鼠類，仍是預防漢坦病毒最重要的方法——這包括盡量避免在家中、工作場所或露營地與老鼠接觸。

居民可以封堵房屋或車庫中的孔洞與縫隙，防止鼠類進入；在房屋周圍設置捕鼠器，以減少鼠患；同時清理所有容易獲得的食物來源。
