近日，上海警方全鏈條偵破一起網絡餐飲證件造假案，抓獲9名犯罪嫌疑人。犯罪嫌疑人為了吸引商戶加盟自己的餐飲品牌，幫助商戶偽造證照，在網上注冊“套殼外賣”，形成了集招商、辦證、入駐、牟利于一體的犯罪黑產業鏈。
