近日，位于天津市西青區中北鎮的天津色織廠休閑街區對外開放。該街區占地面積約4.5萬平方米，由閑置多年的老舊廠房經過整體提升改造而成。老舊廠房實現華麗蝶變，既保留了城市工業記憶，又豐富了市民休閑生活。
