據美國《華爾街日報》16日報道，在美國與伊朗本周簽署諒解備忘錄后，伊朗即可對外銷售其石油和燃料。
報道援引匿名知情人士的話說，針對銀行、運輸和保險等伊朗石油出口相關行業的制裁也將同時獲得豁免。
據報道，一艘載有原油的伊朗超級油輪當天離開伊朗恰巴哈爾港，穿過美國先前實施封鎖的區域后駛離阿曼灣。該油輪沒有關閉定位追蹤器。
