A casting poster for the period drama The One sparked a social media storm on Thursday when it revealed actress Ning Chang's legal name — a rare archaic character that is pronounced as "ning".

起因是6月24日電視劇《劍來》發(fā)布完整陣容海報，確認張鈞甯特別出演。

根據(jù)廣電署名新規(guī)，劇組標注格式為“張鈞甯（張鈞）”。“”是“甯”的古異體生僻字，而“甯”又通“寧（寧）”。

據(jù)了解，早年因電腦字庫無法顯示該字，團隊遂選用字形相近的“甯”作為其替代藝名。

Due to early computer fonts being unable to display the archaic character, Chang had long replaced the written form of her surname with another character that is similar both visually and how it is pronounced. With the poster including Chang's legal name, the topic of celebrities' real and stage names has been thrusted into the national spotlight.

多名藝人真名公布

6月23日，一項在上海電視節(jié)期間啟動的活動公布了節(jié)目單，多名藝人公布真名。

節(jié)目單中，出席活動的所有藝人都用回了本名，而藝人排序，也是嚴格按照姓氏筆畫來的。丁禹兮改回了“丁舟杰”，宋祖兒變回了“孫凡清”，而此前就在古裝劇《金枝》的官宣中改回“李雪”的李一桐，此次依然叫“李雪”。

The revelation came two days after a high-profile event at the Shanghai TV Festival on Tuesday, where all participating artists were listed by their legal names and ordered strictly by the number of strokes in their surnames.

孫儷也用回了本名“孫麗”，馮紹峰用回了本名“馮威”，穎兒也用回了原名“劉穎”，王影璐原名為“王璐璐”，而娜扎的全名則是“古力娜扎爾·拜合提亞爾”。

三協(xié)會發(fā)布通知：破除“撕番”亂象

6月12日消息，針對近年來電視劇（網(wǎng)絡(luò)劇）行業(yè)愈演愈烈的演員署名排序之爭，中國電視劇制作產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會、中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)視聽節(jié)目服務(wù)協(xié)會、中國廣播電視社會組織聯(lián)合會演員委員會于今日向會員單位聯(lián)合發(fā)布《關(guān)于規(guī)范電視劇（網(wǎng)絡(luò)劇）演員署名的通知》（以下簡稱《通知》）。此舉旨在從源頭破除“撕番”亂象，引導(dǎo)行業(yè)回歸藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作本位，構(gòu)建風(fēng)清氣正的文藝生態(tài)。

These real-name disclosures stem directly from new industry-wide regulations that were introduced on June 12. Aimed at curbing the intensifying billing-order disputes that have disrupted productions and fueled toxic fan culture, the China Televison Drama Production Industry Association, the China Netcasting Services Association, and the Actors' Committee of the China Federation of Radio and Television Associations jointly issued a notice mandating sweeping changes to how actors are credited.

據(jù)行業(yè)內(nèi)部反映，近年來，部分電視劇（網(wǎng)絡(luò)劇）在選角、簽約、拍攝、宣傳、播出等環(huán)節(jié)，因演員署名、排位等問題引發(fā)多起爭議，甚至出現(xiàn)停工、項目延誤、輿論對立等情況，嚴重干擾正常創(chuàng)作，惡化行業(yè)生態(tài)，行業(yè)各方對此反映強烈。

“當排名壓倒了演技，當位置取代了質(zhì)量，文藝作品就失去了靈魂。”業(yè)內(nèi)人士指出，此類風(fēng)氣不僅助長了“流量至上”的錯誤價值觀，助長了青少年群體不良的“飯圈”文化，更讓整個行業(yè)背負了“浮躁功利”的負面形象，規(guī)范署名已刻不容緩。

Industry observers view the regulation as a direct blow to the long-standing practice where agents and fans have fought over placement and titles, sometimes even halting productions. "When rankings overshadow acting skills and position replaces quality, artistic works lose their soul," one insider said. With the new rules, the industry hopes to steer attention back to craft and away from billing battles, while also curbing the unhealthy fan culture that has grown around credit disputes.

《通知》指出，演員應(yīng)自覺恪守職業(yè)道德，將主要精力投入藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作，不以署名排序干擾正常創(chuàng)作秩序；演員及其經(jīng)紀機構(gòu)應(yīng)切實履行社會責(zé)任，積極主動引導(dǎo)粉絲理性追星，不以署名排序為由制造輿論對立，堅決抵制因署名排序問題引發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊與非理性行為。

在演員署名規(guī)則方面，《通知》明確，演員署名實行分類管理，應(yīng)根據(jù)角色性質(zhì)、戲份體量及實際參與情況，規(guī)范使用“領(lǐng)銜主演”“特別出演”“出演”三類頭銜，不得隨意修改、增加其他名目。需說明的是，上述類別僅適用于有明確角色對應(yīng)關(guān)系的演員。

《通知》強調(diào)，在分類的基礎(chǔ)上，演員署名按照法定姓名的姓氏筆畫由少至多排列（復(fù)姓按首字筆畫計算，少數(shù)民族按身份證登記姓名的首個漢字筆畫計算）。如筆畫相同，則依次比較姓名第二個字、第三個字的筆畫，直至形成唯一排序。

《通知》要求，演員署名原則上應(yīng)使用法定姓名。如需使用已形成廣泛認知的藝名，應(yīng)采用“真名（藝名）”的規(guī)范格式，不得單獨使用藝名、英文名或昵稱等。

《通知》說明，以上各項內(nèi)容，如遇特殊情形，制作機構(gòu)應(yīng)向通知發(fā)起單位進行書面說明并備案。

在演員署名形式方面，《通知》明確，片頭署名中，演員頭銜應(yīng)統(tǒng)一使用“領(lǐng)銜主演”“特別出演”兩類稱謂，“特別出演”人數(shù)原則上不超過10位；片頭署名區(qū)域須明確標注“按姓氏筆畫排序”。片尾署名方面，應(yīng)在演員表中完整呈現(xiàn)全部演員，并按照“領(lǐng)銜主演”“特別出演”“出演”三類進行署名，每類均按照姓氏筆畫排序；片尾署名區(qū)域同樣須明確標注“按姓氏筆畫排序”。

此外，《通知》還要求，所有對外宣傳物料與公開信息，包括海報、預(yù)告片、新聞通稿、官方社交媒體內(nèi)容及線下活動物料等，其演員署名規(guī)則均須與片頭保持一致，不得因平臺、場景或渠道不同而區(qū)別對待。

Under the new rules, all actor credits must be based on legal names. Stage names, if used, must appear in the format "legal name (stage name)" and cannot stand alone. Credits are divided into three fixed categories: "lead", "special appearance", and "appearance", with the number of "special appearance" credits capped at ten. Within each category, billing order must follow the number of strokes in the legal surname, from fewest to most, and the same stroke-order rule applies across opening credits, closing credits, posters, trailers, press releases, and all promotional materials.

The notice also requires that opening credits list only leads and special appearances, while closing credits must include the full cast in all three categories. Each credit section must carry a clear note: "Sorted by surname stroke count". Production companies that need exceptions must file a written explanation with the issuing bodies.

為確保新規(guī)平穩(wěn)落地，《通知》設(shè)置了一個月左右的緩沖適應(yīng)期，將于2026年7月10日起正式施行。屆時，所有首播電視劇、網(wǎng)絡(luò)劇均須嚴格按照新規(guī)執(zhí)行。

三家協(xié)會相關(guān)負責(zé)人表示，將建立常態(tài)化監(jiān)督機制，對執(zhí)行不到位、造成不良影響的項目及經(jīng)紀機構(gòu)進行行業(yè)內(nèi)通報，情節(jié)嚴重者將納入行業(yè)風(fēng)險提示范圍。
