新疆五一預訂暴漲160%，現象級增長背后，其實只有三類人真正賺到

同程旅行最新發布的《2026五一旅行趨勢報告》里，有一組數據特別顯眼：

新疆度假產品預訂熱度同比暴漲160%。

同程研究院研究員薛冰冰說，新疆旅游市場將迎來"現象級"增長，是全國長線目的地里最大的亮點。

160%——這個數字比五一整體出行漲幅高出一大截。新疆憑什么？

看透了這次暴漲背后的邏輯，其實只有三類人真正從這波行情里賺到了。

第一類：提前三個月布局的旅行社

新疆這波爆發不是五一前一周突然出現的。

真正懂行的人，早在春節前后就開始準備了——包機資源談好了、車隊司機簽好了、沿途酒店提前鎖房了。等普通游客到三四月份才開始看攻略、訂酒店的時候，好的資源早就被瓜分完了。

一個做新疆線路的旅行社老板說，新疆旅游的毛利率比其他目的地高出一截，原因就是資源稀缺性。旺季的時候，獨庫公路沿線的住宿可以溢價三到五倍，而且不愁賣。能提前拿到這些資源的旅行社，五一這一波賺的是確定性的錢。

對于普通游客來說，如果現在還沒訂新疆的行程，大概率只能接受高價或者降低體驗標準——要么多花錢住貴的，要么湊合住條件一般的。跟不跟這波熱潮，其實要根據自己的決策速度來判斷。

第二類：跟著"海外替代游"趨勢走的人

薛冰冰分析這波新疆熱的時候，提到了一個關鍵背景：國際旅行環境發生了變化，部分原計劃出境的游客，把目光轉向了國內。

這個判斷在數據里得到了印證——飛豬數據顯示，五一出境游相關商品預訂量同比增長50%，但同時，海外目的地的供應量并沒有同步增長。這種供需錯配，讓一部分原本打算去日本、東南亞的游客，重新審視國內的長線目的地。

第一類沒賺到的是臨時起意的游客。到了四月中旬才開始規劃新疆行程，發現機票貴、租車貴、酒店更貴，一圈算下來覺得"怎么這么貴"，最后改去了其他目的地，或者干脆宅家。這不是新疆的錯，是決策時機的問題。

第二類沒賺到的是沖著"網紅打卡"去的人。禾木、賽里木湖這些頂流，五一人流密度太大，拍出來的照片背景里全是人，體驗感跟想象中的差距很大?；舜髢r錢去，結果失望而歸。

其次是溫差。新疆五月的氣溫溫差極大，白天二十多度穿短袖沒問題，但早晚或者山里氣溫可能低到個位數。賽里木湖環湖騎行的時候，山坳里的風能把人吹得站不穩。保暖外套和防曬霜同樣重要。

第三是飲食。新疆的牛羊肉是主角，拉條子、大盤雞、烤包子、羊肉串——每一道都扎實得讓人懷疑人生。維吾爾族的飲食習慣跟內地有差異，腸胃需要兩三天適應，旅途中備一點腸胃藥是必要的。水果倒是便宜，五月正好是新疆桑葚和櫻桃上市的季節，街上到處都是論公斤賣的水果攤。
