國家衛(wèi)生健康委今天舉行新聞發(fā)布會，介紹食品安全與營養(yǎng)健康有關(guān)情況。會上介紹，目前我國已累計(jì)發(fā)布1750項(xiàng)食品安全國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，涉及2萬多個(gè)指標(biāo)，覆蓋了340多種食品類別。
這套體系分成了通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、生產(chǎn)規(guī)范和檢驗(yàn)方法四大類，從原料到生產(chǎn)、從運(yùn)輸?shù)絻Υ妫恳粋€(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可依。
