據羊城晚報（廣州的）消息：近日，天津的王先生吃外賣，吃到一半發現異物，口感似棉花，吐出后疑似煙頭濾嘴部位。王先生稱，撕開后有濃重煙味。
他第一時間聯系商家后，對方否認店內有人抽煙，表示“可能是油炸杏鮑菇”，同時提出退款私了，但拒絕10倍賠償。最終，平臺向王先生補償了100元，12315平臺處理結果仍待進一步通知。PS：是哪家店報道里沒說，所以我也不知道。
