搜狐娛樂訊 近日，有媒體拍到疑似劉愷威和一女子現身紅館演唱會后場，兩人十指緊扣同行，引發戀情猜想。對此，劉愷威接受港媒采訪時回應稱照片里的人根本不是自己，“那真的不是我，我也想去看小方的演出，但我現在不在香港，而且我已經很久沒去紅館看演唱會了。”
