招聘崗位 ：應用工程師（工作地紹興)

崗位職責：

1：Main task.

- Ink demo test, new application request in the field in KSX.

- Maintenance the inkjet machine and metrology equipment in KSX.

- Search the metrology instrument.

- New machines’ installation in KSX.

2：Responsible for the process qualification on new equipment installations.

3：Proactively search for and suggest ways to improve future product performance.

4：Field support – not frequently.

- Assist in the closure of customer factory acceptance testing (FAT).

- Build understanding of customer OLED product applications and manufacturing processes; identify potential applications.

- Assist customer in using products in a way that maximizes customer yields and end product performance.

- Provide resolution to customers’ issue, failure analysis and data collection.

- Hands-on tool operation and customer tool operation training.

- Up to 50% travel, including international travel to Kateeva US and Korea.

任職資格：

1：BS degree or above in material, chemical engineering, science or EE related.

2：Good communication with multinational exposure (English, Mandarin).

3：Preference will be given to those who have worked in the PECVD process or service.

4：Can apply without work experience.

5：Over 3 years technical experience in OLED/Touch/Device or Semiconductor industry, prefer process or product development skills: will be a plus.

5：Quality Reliability Assurance, Operations, Planning and knowledge of Ink jet print will be a plus.

招聘崗位 ：客戶服務工程師（工作地廣州)

崗位職責：

1：Install equipment at customer locations, including equipment with new features, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test. Analyze applicability, accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Recommend design changes or substitution of materials when appropriate.

2：Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs. Work with co-workers, customer & field support in isolating and solving problems.

3：Maintain and optimize equipment on a daily basis to enhance functionality and prevent problems.

4：Train customers in use and routine maintenance of equipment. Answer customer questions and assist customers in a professional manner. Act as a resource for users on routine malfunctions. Advise users of appropriate actions to correct malfunctions and may recommend changes in user procedures.

5：Perform administrative and coordination duties, including pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, and monthly reports. Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis.

任職資格：

1：Position requires a BS degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.

2：Mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, semiconductor processes, Display and LCD industry, relevant software.

3：Knowledge of safety procedures required.

4：3+ years related experience.

5：Good English communication skill, both spoken and written.

6：Be able to travel domestics/international based on company request.

7：Can work under high pressure and independent.

8：Familiar with MS office.

9：CET6 / Driver’s License is preferred.
