當地時間6月9日，央視記者獲悉， 美軍非洲司令部表示，自在尼日利亞開展行動以來，美尼聯合行動已打死約200名與極端組織"伊斯蘭國"有關聯的武裝人員。
美軍非洲司令部公共事務主管表示，雙方聯合行動還拆除了武裝人員設立的檢查站，并摧毀了多個后勤補給樞紐。（央視記者 朱磊）
