當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間16日，伊朗武裝部隊(duì)哈塔姆安比亞中央總部發(fā)布聲明稱，在美伊雙方達(dá)成諒解備忘錄之后，以色列軍隊(duì)已在黎巴嫩南部違反停火協(xié)議84次，并繼續(xù)對(duì)黎巴嫩無辜民眾實(shí)施犯罪和屠殺。
聲明警告，如果以色列不停止其在黎巴嫩南部的侵略和挑釁行為，那么它將不得不等待“伊朗強(qiáng)大武裝力量的嚴(yán)厲回應(yīng)”。
伊朗最高國家安全委員會(huì)15日凌晨發(fā)表聲明，正式確認(rèn)伊美停戰(zhàn)諒解備忘錄達(dá)成。根據(jù)達(dá)成的協(xié)議，自14日晚起，包括黎巴嫩在內(nèi)各戰(zhàn)線的戰(zhàn)爭和軍事行動(dòng)將“立即且永久停止”；與此同時(shí)，針對(duì)伊朗的海上封鎖也將立即全面解除。
16日早些時(shí)候，伊朗外長阿拉格齊在介紹伊美諒解備忘錄相關(guān)進(jìn)展時(shí)表示，結(jié)束黎巴嫩的戰(zhàn)事是伊朗和美國達(dá)成協(xié)議的一項(xiàng)基本要求。
