觀點網訊：7月1日，根據北京市住建委數據統計，6月全市二手房網簽16618套，創五年來新高，同比增長9.77%，單月網簽規模已連續三個月領跑近五年同期水平。
整體來看，今年二季度二手房網簽總量登頂五年同期新高，上半年整體網簽規模達93583套，僅次于2021年同期，市場成交熱度維持高位運行。
