Great news! At the Supply Chain Service Zone of the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo, the Immigration Service Center of the National Immigration Administration runs a special booth. Digital online tools and bilingual brochures are available to handle nearly all foreign-related entry and residence matters in one stop.

現(xiàn)場配備兩大線上“便民工具”：一是SinoGuide App，旨在方便外國人更好融入并體驗中國豐富便捷的數(shù)字化服務(wù)，集政策指引、新聞資訊、生活服務(wù)、語言輔導(dǎo)于一體，以中英雙語為來華、在華外國人提供支付、交通、醫(yī)療、教育、資訊等領(lǐng)域28 個常用在線服務(wù)，覆蓋入出境政策查詢、停留到期提醒、匯率查詢、在線支付、一鍵叫車、點餐外賣、生活繳費、語言學(xué)習(xí)等高頻場景，可實現(xiàn)中文頁面的一鍵翻譯。

二是國家移民管理機構(gòu)12367服務(wù)平臺，這是中國國家移民管理局著力打造的一體化“客服中心”，被國務(wù)院確立為12345 全國5 個分中心之一，是面向全球、覆蓋全國直接提供7×24 小時、人工多語言響應(yīng)服務(wù)的政務(wù)服務(wù)熱線。目前，12367 服務(wù)平臺支持中（含普通話、粵語）、英、法、俄、日、韓等6 種服務(wù)語言，涵蓋電話、網(wǎng)站、APP、小程序等服務(wù)渠道。

Two core digital tools are displayed on site: the SinoGuide App with payment, ride-hailing, and translation services, downloadable via QR code; and the 12367 Service Platform accessible on WeChat and Alipay mini-programs for visa and arrival declaration inquiries.

展臺同步發(fā)放兩套雙語手冊：《外國人來華指南》覆蓋辦證、就業(yè)、醫(yī)療等政務(wù)生活事項；《外國人在華停居留生活指引》收錄科技、文化、漢語學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容，助力外籍人士快速融入中國。

Two sets of bilingual handbooks are offered free of charge: A Welcome Guide to China, covering topics from visa processing and employment to medical services, and Guidelines for Foreigners Living in China, focusing on daily life, including technology, culture, and Chinese learning to help expats adapt easily.
