今天兩則重磅新聞空降熱榜。其中一條是日本花滑名將羽生結弦宣布離婚，很多人表示，這則離婚聲明就像三個月前他的結婚聲明一樣突然。聲明稱，媒體的騷擾和誹謗致其無法正常生活，為了保護女方而離婚。

字面意思是是「打結」，實際卻是「結婚」，為啥呢？據(jù)說來自凱爾特人的古老傳統(tǒng)，結婚時會將新郎新娘的手用繩子綁到一起，寓意二人成為一體。我們用漢語的「永結同心」「喜結連理」來翻譯很是契合。當然在有些語境下，需譯為「結婚」才好。

這個單詞超短，可表示「經過」某地，不過更常用來表示「通過，借助于」。如 via a book「通過一本書」，類似 through, by, by means of。下面我們來看 2022 年 9 月的四級真題。

這是一個非常重要，考試常考的短語。subject 不再是名詞「話題」，而是形容詞，整個短語主要有以下幾個義項。第一，它用來表示likely to be affected by sth 「易受某事影響」，尤指壞事。文中 be subject to slander 是說「受到誹謗」。2021 年 12 月的六級閱讀中也有這個短語：

另一方面，配有腦部掃描和腦電圖的神經科學家卻未受到同等批判。
另外，這個表達也常用來表示「取決于某事」。
