外交部今天(4日)舉行例行記者會。會上，針對菲律賓有關方面刻意炒作中國漁船停留在牛軛礁一事，外交部發言人汪文斌表示，牛軛礁是中國南沙群島的一部分，包括牛軛礁及其附近海域在內的南海相關海域，向來是中方漁船的重要作業區和避風點。中方漁船在該海域作業避風合理合法，菲方不應該說三道四。
