11月13日，北京——聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署（UNDP）今日在京舉辦招待會，慶祝聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署成立60周年，并紀(jì)念其在華開展合作46年的歷程。活動匯聚了來自各級政府、學(xué)術(shù)界、私營部門、聯(lián)合國系統(tǒng)、國際社會及媒體的長期合作伙伴。各方嘉賓共同回顧雙方攜手取得的豐碩成果，并重申將繼續(xù)深化合作、攜手推動可持續(xù)發(fā)展的堅定承諾。

Beijing, 13 November —The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in China hosted a high-level reception today to commemorate UNDP’s 60th anniversary and 46 years of partnership in China. The event brought together long-standing partners from government institutions, academia, the private sector, UN agencies, the diplomatic community, and the media to celebrate key milestones and shared achievements, while reaffirming a commitment to continued cooperation.

此次招待會恰逢聯(lián)合國副秘書長、聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署代理署長徐浩良對中國進(jìn)行正式訪問。訪問期間，徐浩良與各方伙伴深入交流，旨在進(jìn)一步鞏固聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署與中國的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系，加速推動可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)（SDGs）的落實。

The reception aligned with the official visit to China by Haoliang Xu, UN Under Secretary-General and UNDP Acting Administrator, who has been engaging with diverse stakeholders to further strengthen the strategic partnership between UNDP and China and accelerate progress on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

徐浩良在致辭中表示：“展望前路，發(fā)展的新篇章須由大家共同譜寫。各國政府、企業(yè)界與社會各界必須戮力同心，共同推進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)，構(gòu)建大膽求變的新型協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)。通過共同努力，我們將共同打造一個更高效、更富成效、并具備充足資金支持的多邊主義體。”他呼吁各方秉持團(tuán)結(jié)精神，拿出更大決心，以應(yīng)對全球發(fā)展挑戰(zhàn)。

“As we look ahead, the next chapter of development must be written together. Governments, businesses, and communities acting as one must come together to advance the SDGs, forging bold new coalitions for change. Together, we can make multilateralism more efficient, effective, and better financed,” said Xu in his remarks, highlighting the importance of solidarity and renewed ambition to address global development challenges.

中華人民共和國商務(wù)部國際貿(mào)易談判代表兼副部長李成鋼對中國與聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署長期以來的合作表示贊賞，并肯定了雙方為可持續(xù)發(fā)展所做出的共同努力與卓越貢獻(xiàn)。

Li Chenggang,China International Trade Representative and Vice Minister of Commerce, commended the long-standing cooperation between China and UNDP, emphasizing joint contributions to sustainable development.

他回顧道，自1979年中國與聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署簽訂基本合作協(xié)議以來，雙方合作推進(jìn)了9期國別方案的實施，共同開展了1000多個項目，涉及減貧、農(nóng)業(yè)、環(huán)保、數(shù)字化等廣泛領(lǐng)域，為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、民生改善作出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。

He recalled that since China and UNDP signed the Standard Basic Assistance Agreementin 1979, the two sides have implemented nine Country Programmesand carried out over 1,000 cooperation projects spanning poverty reduction, agriculture, environmental protection, and digital transformation—making tangible contributions to China’s development and the well-being of its people.

他指出：“長期以來，商務(wù)部作為開發(fā)署對華合作的窗口部門，雙方一直保持著良好的合作關(guān)系。下一步，商務(wù)部愿會同中方相關(guān)部門，同開發(fā)署一道，繼續(xù)深化各領(lǐng)域務(wù)實合作，共同為促進(jìn)世界繁榮發(fā)展作出新貢獻(xiàn)。”。

“MOFCOM has long been the focal point for the UNDP’s cooperation with China and the two sides have maintained a good partnership,” said Minister Li. “Going forward, MOFCOM, along with relevant Chinese departments, stands ready to work with the UNDP to deepen practical cooperation across various sectors and make new contribution to global prosperity and development.”

在聯(lián)合國迎來多個重要里程碑之際——包括聯(lián)合國成立八十周年、聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署成立六十周年，以及新的《國別方案》正式獲批——聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署駐華代表白雅婷重申了伙伴合作在實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)中的關(guān)鍵作用。

Beate Trankmann, UNDP Resident Representative in China, reiterated the importance of collaboration for the SDGs, as the UN marks its 80th anniversary and UNDP its 60th, alongside the approval of the new Country Programme Document (CPD).

她表示：“新獲批的《國別方案》不僅延續(xù)了我們與中國長期以來的緊密合作，也將這一伙伴關(guān)系提升至新的高度。這將助力中國以及全球在實現(xiàn)2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的‘最后沖刺階段’，加快步伐、提升成效，并推動關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域的系統(tǒng)性轉(zhuǎn)型。”

“The new CPD continues our longstanding cooperation with China taking the partnership to a new level and quality that can help advance the speed and scale of the transformations needed in the final mile towards the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 – in China and beyond," she said.

活動現(xiàn)場還通過視頻重回顧了各方數(shù)十年來攜手發(fā)展的歷程，生動展現(xiàn)了聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署為推動中國實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、包容性與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的積極努力與重要貢獻(xiàn)。

The event also featured a video with testimonials from partners, reflecting on decades of shared progress and UNDP’s role in advancing innovation-driven, inclusive, and sustainable development in China.

同時，招待會現(xiàn)場的文化表演以富有創(chuàng)意的形式，生動詮釋了創(chuàng)造力、包容性與青年賦權(quán)等可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的核心價值。

In addition, cultural performances were showcased during the reception, highlighting creativity, inclusivity, and youth empowerment, values at the heart of the SDGs.

展望未來，聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署將繼續(xù)致力于同中國及所有合作伙伴緊密協(xié)作，共筑一個更具韌性、更可持續(xù)的未來。在聯(lián)合國《未來契約》與聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署《2026-2029年全球戰(zhàn)略計劃》的指引下，聯(lián)合國開發(fā)計劃署將繼續(xù)發(fā)揮其橋梁紐帶的作用，推進(jìn)多邊發(fā)展合作，不讓任何一個人掉隊。
