3月21日晚10時(shí)許，有網(wǎng)友爆料稱在北京市海淀區(qū)西北旺鎮(zhèn)發(fā)生了驚險(xiǎn)一幕：一名騎行者正常騎行途中，突遭一群流浪狗追逐撕咬，所幸的是他最終成功逃脫。
22日，一位目擊者王先生（化名）告訴都市現(xiàn)場記者，事發(fā)地的流浪狗常年聚集，最多時(shí)可達(dá)二三十只，居民多次反映但效果甚微。
