近日,有網(wǎng)友在樂清某餐廳遭遇不愉快用餐經(jīng)歷。該網(wǎng)友為餐廳常客及充值會(huì)員,當(dāng)日三人到店就餐,結(jié)賬時(shí)收銀員忙于外賣訂單,對(duì)其多次呼喚置之不理,回應(yīng)時(shí)態(tài)度惡劣,還怒視顧客。
更離譜的是,網(wǎng)友一行僅點(diǎn)四道菜品,賬單卻被多算咸菜春筍、蔥油小黃魚兩道菜,經(jīng)細(xì)心核對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)后,收銀員才匆忙刪減費(fèi)用。網(wǎng)友質(zhì)疑收銀員系故意多算收費(fèi)。事件發(fā)生后,店長(zhǎng)不僅未妥善處理,反而一味找借口推卸責(zé)任。
