美國蘋果公司20日發布公告說，該公司負責硬件工程的高級副總裁約翰·特努斯將從9月1日起接替蒂姆·庫克，擔任蘋果公司首席執行官，庫克將轉任董事會執行主席。
公告說，庫克將在今年夏季繼續擔任首席執行官，以便完成與特努斯的順利過渡。作為董事會執行主席，庫克將參與一些公司事務，包括與全球各地的決策者接洽。
