4月21日，云南臨滄一8歲幼童氣管內取出8厘米活體螞蟥，吸附在黏膜上，幾乎堵塞整個氣道。在此之前，患兒連續十余天咳痰帶血，半年前曾從鼻腔取出螞蟥。
醫生提醒：野外山泉溪水中易存在螞蝗幼蟲及蟲卵，應避免直接飲用山泉水。（重慶廣電第1眼）
