人生有太多的壓抑，再苦也要笑一笑。前天看到一個視頻，一個50多歲的大叔在地鐵里，突然放聲大笑。周圍的人都看他，有的皺眉，有的轉身。但那個大叔好像沒在乎，繼續笑著。后來才明白，他是剛從醫院出來，醫生說他的病情穩定了。那一刻，我才理解什么叫"笑"的力量。

我們都在壓抑中生活現在的日子，壓抑無處不在。工作上被領導打壓，回家被家務壓垮。經濟拮據時，看著賬戶里的數字發愁。感情里有委屈，也得憋在心里。社交中察言觀色，說話都要過三道腦子。甚至有時候你只是想表達自己的想法，都要先考慮別人的感受。慢慢地，我們學會了忍。學會了隱忍。學會了把所有的難受都往肚子里咽。結果就是，越來越多的人，臉上再也找不到真誠的笑容。

笑，不是逃避。有人會說，都這樣了還要笑，是不是太虛偽？我不這樣認為。笑不是逃避現實，也不是裝作一切都沒有發生。真正的笑，是在承認了痛苦之后，還能選擇去面對。是在絕望的時刻，給自己一個"我還能再來"的勇氣。是告訴自己和周圍的人：這點苦算什么，我還有力氣呢。

為什么笑這么重要心理學有個概念叫"面部反饋假說"。簡單說就是，你的表情會影響你的情緒。不是先開心才笑，而是先笑了才能慢慢變得開心。我有個同事，工作特別累。每次看她都是一臉疲憊。后來有次項目成功，她在辦公室笑了一整天。神奇的是，那之后她整個人的氣質都變了。工作的壓力好像沒那么重了，面對困難時也更有勁兒了。還有研究表明，經常笑的人，免疫力更強，壽命也更長。所以，笑根本不是小事。

那些在苦難中笑的人。我認識一個女孩，得過抑郁癥。她說最黑暗的那段時間，甚至連哭都哭不出來，整個人就像一具行尸走肉。后來在心理醫生的建議下，她開始逼迫自己笑。一開始很別扭，對著鏡子笑，感覺自己像個神經病。但堅持了兩周以后，真的有所改善�，F在她會在社交媒體上分享一些搞笑的段子，偶爾自嘲。朋友們都說，她比以前開朗多了。還有那些得了絕癥的人，他們反而更懂得珍惜每一刻。有的人在病床上，還在給家人講笑話。不是因為他們不怕死，而是他們明白，再悲傷也改變不了什么，倒不如用笑去溫暖身邊的人。這才是最深層的勇氣。

為什么我們要堅持笑。你有沒有想過，為什么有些人再苦都顯得很有魅力，而有些人再順都顯得很沉悶？區別就在于，前者身上有一種光。那種光，不是來自物質的富足，也不是來自一帆風順的人生。而是來自他們對生活的態度。不管經歷了什么，都能找到一個理由去笑。這樣的人，誰都想靠近。反過來，整天愁眉苦臉的人，即使再富有，也顯得很貧瘠。所以，笑不僅是為了自己，也是為了身邊的人。你的一個笑容，也許能化解別人心里的一個結。

今天，試試看笑一笑。不管你現在經歷什么。失業也好，失戀也好，生病也好，被欺負也好。停下來，對著鏡子笑一笑。也許會很別扭，也許會很勉強。但沒關系，堅持十秒鐘。你會發現，那一刻，你的身體釋放了一點點的張力。心里有一絲絲的緩解。就像黑暗中你摸到了一點溫度。

最后想說人生確實有太多的壓抑。但正因為如此，我們更需要學會笑。不是為了自己，而是為了拯救自己。不是為了逃避困難，而是為了有力量去面對困難。還有，那些一直在苦笑的人，其實早就成了生活中最堅強的人。所以，再苦也要笑一笑吧。因為笑，本身就是一種活著的方式。
