觀點(diǎn)網(wǎng)訊：5月11日，據(jù)上海房產(chǎn)交易中心官網(wǎng)“網(wǎng)上房地產(chǎn)”數(shù)據(jù)，5月10日（周日）上海二手房（含商業(yè)）單日網(wǎng)簽成交量達(dá)1664套，時(shí)隔一月再度刷新近五年單日成交紀(jì)錄。
據(jù)介紹，此前最高紀(jì)錄為今年4月11日的1632套。
截至5月10日，5月以來上海二手房累計(jì)網(wǎng)簽已達(dá)6905套，本年度累計(jì)成交總量突破10萬套大關(guān)。
資料顯示，3月上海二手房網(wǎng)簽31216套，創(chuàng)五年單月新高，市場持續(xù)活躍。
