據南方+記者暗訪，廣東多家知名連鎖酒店未落實布草一客一換，涉及希爾頓歡朋、維也納、城市便捷、麗楓等酒店。暗訪人員借助熒光標記測試發現，上述幾家酒店都存在未更換的床單、枕套、毛巾或杯具，其中洗浴布草全都沒有全部更換，枕套僅一家酒店進行了更換。
