舊版Codex應用隱藏上下文用量顯示的做法，當時讓不少用戶感到困惑。這個本應屬于基礎透明度設計的功能，在前一個版本中被悄然移除，使用體驗打了折扣。
最新版本終于把這個功能帶回來了。不過有意思的是，它不再像最初那樣默認開啟——需要你主動進入設置菜單，手動打開開關才能看到上下文使用數據。
從產品設計角度看，這或許是在“信息透明”和“界面簡潔”之間找了個平衡點：需要的用戶自己打開，不關心的用戶也不會覺得干擾。但把這樣一個核心指標放進設置項里，多少還是增加了發現成本。
