北京商報5月31日報道，北京市住建委官網數據顯示，5月30日，北京新房網簽量為295套，網簽面積達到26373.07平方米，其中住宅網簽201套，住宅占比68.14%，網簽面積為24367.02平方米。與此同時，二手房市場表現活躍，當日網簽量為309套，網簽面積為27504.35平方米，其中住宅網簽295套，具體占比95.47%，網簽面積26841.09平方米。
