麥可思研究院近日發布《2026年中國大學生就業報告》。2025屆本科畢業生起薪平均每月6435元，明顯高于同期城鎮居民月均可支配收入（4709元），剔除通貨膨脹因素的影響后，與2021屆相比，五年來本科生起薪增長7.7%。
