總臺記者獲悉，當地時間13日，俄羅斯外交部負責二十國集團（G20）和亞太經合組織事務的特別代表別爾德耶夫稱，俄方參加今年12月美國主辦的G20峰會受阻，原因是俄羅斯工業家和企業家聯盟、俄羅斯科學院被美國列入制裁名單，相關人員無法入境美國。
