當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間13日，美國總統(tǒng)特朗普在社交媒體發(fā)文說，美國和伊朗定于14日簽署協(xié)議，霍爾木茲海峽將在協(xié)議簽署后立即開放。

伊朗外交部發(fā)言人巴加埃則表示，伊美諒解備忘錄不會(huì)在14日簽署，但不排除在未來幾天內(nèi)完成。

US President Donald Trump said on Saturday that a peace deal with Iran is scheduled to be signed on Sunday and that the Strait of Hormuz will reopen immediately afterward.

However, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei reportedly denied that a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Iran and the United States to end the conflict would be signed on Sunday, citing what he described as "the other side's hesitation."

美方：美伊定于14日簽署協(xié)議

特朗普稱，伊朗已不再尋求擁有核武器，也不會(huì)購買、自主研發(fā)或以任何其他方式獲取核武器。待局勢平穩(wěn)后，美國將擇機(jī)采取行動(dòng)取出“埋藏”在山體下的濃縮鈾，并對其進(jìn)行稀釋處理與銷毀，“無論是在伊朗境內(nèi)還是在美國本土”。

特朗普還表示，“希望這一進(jìn)程能迅速、輕松且順利地推進(jìn)”，但同時(shí)威脅道，“若事與愿違，我們手中還握有終極手段”。

"The Deal is scheduled to get signed tomorrow, and immediately after it is signed, the Hormuz Strait is OPEN TO ALL," Trump said in a post on Truth Social.

Trump also claimed that Iran now "no longer wants a Nuclear Weapon" and suggested the United States will work with Iran to remove enriched uranium at an "appropriate time."

He said the signing of the deal would make US relations with Iran "different and better," but warned that "we have the ultimate alternative" unless the process moves forward "quickly, easily and smoothly."

巴方：美伊14日舉行協(xié)議電子簽署儀式

13日，巴基斯坦外交部發(fā)表聲明說，巴基斯坦副總理兼外交部長達(dá)爾當(dāng)天與沙特阿拉伯外交大臣費(fèi)薩爾通電話。美國與伊朗相關(guān)協(xié)議電子簽署儀式定于14日舉行。

同日，巴基斯坦總理夏巴茲在社交媒體上發(fā)文稱，美國和伊朗之間的和平協(xié)議可能在未來24小時(shí)內(nèi)最終敲定。夏巴茲說：“我們比以往任何時(shí)候都更接近達(dá)成和平協(xié)議，最終文本預(yù)計(jì)將在未來24小時(shí)內(nèi)確定。巴基斯坦正準(zhǔn)備在此之后立即舉行協(xié)議的電子簽署儀式，并于下周進(jìn)行技術(shù)層面的會(huì)談。”

Pakistani Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar also said Saturday that an electronic signing ceremony of the US-Iran deal is scheduled for Sunday, after Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said earlier on the day that the United States and Iran had agreed on a peace deal framework and were expected to sign it shortly. Pakistan has been mediating the US-Iran peace negotiations.

伊方：不會(huì)在14日但不排除未來幾天內(nèi)簽署

伊朗外交部發(fā)言人巴加埃13日表示，正在推進(jìn)的伊美諒解備忘錄聚焦于結(jié)束戰(zhàn)事，現(xiàn)階段暫不討論核問題。伊朗與美國之間任何可能達(dá)成的諒解都僅是為推動(dòng)雙方繼續(xù)開展對話，而非最終協(xié)議。解凍伊朗被凍結(jié)資產(chǎn)將是伊美諒解不可缺少的一部分。

巴加埃表示，備忘錄簽署的具體時(shí)間還需要等待。雖然不會(huì)在14日，但不排除未來幾天內(nèi)簽署的可能性。此外，在接下來一兩天內(nèi)，伊朗方面沒有前往日內(nèi)瓦或其他地點(diǎn)的計(jì)劃。

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei stressed that any potential MoU between Iran and the United States "would merely serve as a framework for continuing talks" and should not be regarded as "a final agreement." He added that discussions on the nuclear issue are expected to continue over a 60-day period, according to Iranian state media reports.

伊朗國家安全委員會(huì)副主席納博揚(yáng)13日說，他已經(jīng)看過伊美諒解備忘錄文本，目前的版本“比之前的更好”。納博揚(yáng)說，目前的文本屬于協(xié)議的框架性文件，后續(xù)內(nèi)容仍有可能發(fā)生一定調(diào)整。備忘錄共有14條，簽署后將立即宣布軍事行動(dòng)結(jié)束。納博揚(yáng)表示，根據(jù)他看過的諒解備忘錄文本，霍爾木茲海峽所有商船將恢復(fù)通行，不受任何限制。
