雙皮奶是一種非常經典且具有代表性的粵式甜品，傳統的雙皮奶都是盛在碗里加紅豆吃的，今年決定來點不一樣的～ 把它做成可愛的月餅模樣，特別應景！ Q彈爽滑，奶味十足！為了做出多款口味，我選了雀巢鷹嘜煉乳的三款不同口味，分別做出來就是原味、草莓味和巧克力味的啦～ 雀巢鷹嘜煉乳都是由生牛乳制成，原滋原味，復刻經典！平時做蛋撻，抹面包或者沖咖啡我都會加一些。除了牛奶，我還加了一些雀巢淡奶增添奶香。它有35%的乳脂含量，能夠輕松打發，用來做奶油蛋糕不要太好吃～ 這款雙皮奶做法超級簡單，適合新手，中秋節家宴的時候做給家人朋友或者小孩子，都是一道不錯的點心甜品，快學起來吧～

1. 蓋上保鮮膜放入蒸鍋，水開后蒸12分鐘左右，再燜5分鐘

1. 取出靜置冷卻后即可脫模，要小心一點呦~
