位于四川省的雙江口水電站首臺機組于6月26日正式并網(wǎng)發(fā)電，標(biāo)志著這一世界級水電工程進入運行階段。

The first generating unit at the Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station in southwest China's Sichuan Province was officially connected to the grid on June 26, marking the start of operations at the world-class hydropower project.

【知識點】

雙江口水電站位于四川省阿壩藏族羌族自治州馬爾康市、金川縣境內(nèi)，是大渡河上游控制性水庫和“龍頭”電站，工程以發(fā)電為主，兼顧防洪，總裝機容量200萬千瓦，設(shè)計年均發(fā)電量約77億千瓦時。項目歷經(jīng)11年持續(xù)建設(shè)，目前已完成二期蓄水，整體工程形象滿足機組投運條件，首臺機組并網(wǎng)后運行工況平穩(wěn)、安全、可控。工程采用礫石土心墻堆石壩，最大壩高315米，是世界級高壩。

工程全面投運后，預(yù)計每年可為下游梯級電站群帶來約66億千瓦時的電量增益，顯著提升四川電網(wǎng)調(diào)峰調(diào)頻能力，優(yōu)化電力系統(tǒng)電源結(jié)構(gòu)，同時可有效增強大渡河流域防洪能力，成為長江上游重要的防洪安全屏障。

深入推進能源革命，加強煤炭清潔高效利用，加大油氣資源勘探開發(fā)和增儲上產(chǎn)力度，加快規(guī)劃建設(shè)新型能源體系，統(tǒng)籌水電開發(fā)和生態(tài)保護，積極安全有序發(fā)展核電，加強能源產(chǎn)供儲銷體系建設(shè)，確保能源安全。

We will thoroughly advance the energy revolution. Coal will be used in a cleaner and more efficient way, and greater efforts will be made to explore and develop petroleum and natural gas, discover more untapped reserves, and increase production. We will speed up the planning and development of a system for new energy sources, properly balance hydropower development and ecological conservation, and develop nuclear power in an active, safe, and orderly manner. We will strengthen our systems for energy production, supply, storage, and marketing to ensure energy security.
