設計是攫取美、保存美、呈現美、滲入美、繼而讓美被享受，時光與建筑和解，老舊與新尚的融合重構，居住的“生態”有了橋梁……

“樹遠茶敘”之舊址原為“何樹遠故居”，其誕生于19世紀那個風云激蕩的民國紀元。當《五口通商條約》簽訂，福州開埠，西方建筑文化如洶涌浪潮般奔涌而入，對福州的建筑風格施以深遠影響。此建筑遂應運而生，將西洋風格的建筑主體與中式院落布局、西式楣窗精妙融合。

三棟紅磚墻建筑，恰似三位風姿綽約的佳人，各自展露獨特風情。

于時光的浩渺煙海中，“樹遠茶敘”這方建筑瑰寶，恰似一顆被歲月塵埃所掩的稀世明珠，緘默而深情地訴說著民國時代的悠悠往事。恰如李煜所嘆“雕欄玉砌應猶在，只是朱顏改”，它將西洋風格的曼妙與中式院落的婉約巧妙交織，承載著歷史的深沉底蘊與文化的多元交融，在設計師團隊的匠心獨運之下，仿若枯木逢春，綻放出令人心馳神往的卓藝風采。

In the vast sea of time, the architectural treasure of "Tree Far Tea Gathering" is like a rare pearl hidden by the dust of time, silently and affectionately telling the long history of the Republic of China era. Just as Li Yu sighed, 'The carved railing and jade masonry should still be there, only the vermilion beauty has been changed.' It cleverly interweaves the beauty of Western style with the elegance of Chinese courtyard, carrying the profound historical heritage and diverse cultural integration. Under the ingenuity of the designer team, it is like a withered tree in spring, blooming with a fascinating artistic style.

那復古橘紅色的外墻獨具韻味，建筑一角的暗紅色圓形窗戶，恰似歲月的瞳眸，悄然凝視著時光的流轉。其戶外圍墻的柱子傲然挺立，金銅色澤的柱燈與之交相輝映，流溢出典雅華貴的氣質，也為這方建筑地塊賦予一層尊貴且迷人的優雅。

The retro orange exterior wall has a unique charm, and the dark red circular window in one corner of the building is like the eyes of time, quietly gazing at the flow of time. The columns of its outdoor fence stand proudly, and the golden and copper colored column lights complement each other, exuding an elegant and luxurious temperament, and endowing this building site with a noble and charming elegance.

院內石條重鋪，每一塊皆承載往昔的跫音，原有的戶外洗衣池、石磨、院門等舊物，宛如歲月的忠實守望者，無聲地傾訴著曾經的煙火故事。步入室內，仿若踏入歷史的回廊，木質樓梯、扶手、踏步石條等構件均完好留存，它們帶著歲月的吻痕，卻又在新的設計華章中尋得了恰如其分的歸宿。

The stone bars in the courtyard are repaved, each carrying the sound of the past. The original outdoor laundry sink, stone mill, courtyard door and other old objects are like loyal guardians of time, silently telling the stories of the past fireworks. Entering the room, it feels like stepping into a historical corridor. Wooden stairs, handrails, step stones, and other components are all well preserved, bearing the kisses of time, yet finding their rightful place in the new design masterpiece.

往復 · 穿梭

Return and shuttle

走進首棟建筑內（原側落），作為民國式會客廳，復古茶桌椅錯落有致，廳中彌漫著綢繆的愛意，宛如一首無聲的情詩。據說，在那個動蕩卻又充滿浪漫氣息的時代，房屋的主人在七夕節這天，為了與心愛之人共度佳節，精心準備了眾多束粉色鮮花與兩個氣球簇擁在桌面，這是兩個象征著愛心與彼此的氣球。鮮花與氣球，承載著他們對愛情的美好期許。

如今，在同樣的七夕之日，仿佛故人重來，這熟悉的場景再度展現。地面的復古花磚如歲月的詩篇，綻放著如夢似幻的光彩；頂面專屬定制的彩繪玻璃圖案，恰似戀人眼中的斑斕夢境，內部的發光燈源恰似璀璨星河，為整個空間渲染出旖旎繾綣的浪漫情韻。

Entering the first building (originally located on the side), as a Republican style reception room, the retro tea tables and chairs are arranged in a staggered manner, and the room is filled with a sense of prepared love, like a silent love poem. It is said that in that turbulent but romantic era, the owner of the house, in order to spend the festival with his beloved people on Qixi Day, carefully prepared many pink flowers and two balloons around the table.

Now, on the same day of Qixi Festival, it seems that the old man has come back again, and this familiar scene shows again. The retro tiles on the ground are like poems of time, blooming with a dreamlike and illusory brilliance; The custom painted glass pattern on the top is like a colorful dream in the eyes of a lover, and the internal luminous light source is like a brilliant galaxy, rendering the entire space with a charming and romantic charm.

再往里走，餐廳內奢華大圓桌椅盡顯尊貴氣度，大水晶吊燈璀璨如繁星，邊柜上的留聲機仿佛能逆轉時光的洪流，地面咖色石材與圓形復古大理石拼花相得益彰，裝飾畫與暗紅色復古窗簾共同營造出濃郁至極的藝術氛圍。

Going further inside, the luxurious round tables and chairs in the restaurant exude a noble atmosphere. The large crystal chandelier shines like stars, and the phonograph on the side cabinet seems to be able to reverse the flow of time. The coffee colored stone on the ground complements the circular retro marble mosaic, and the decorative paintings and dark red retro curtains create a rich and extremely artistic atmosphere.

“樹遠茶敘”，不單單是一方建筑，更是歷史的傳承紐帶，文化的不朽詩篇。它見證了歲月的更迭變遷，承載著我們對美好生活的無盡憧憬與追求。在此，既能領略民國時期的優雅風姿與萬種風情，亦能暢享現代生活的舒適便捷與溫馨愜意。

The 'Tea Gathering in the Distant Tree' is not just a building, but also a link of historical inheritance and an immortal poem of culture. It witnesses the changes and transformations of time, carrying our endless longing and pursuit for a better life. Here, you can not only appreciate the elegant style and diverse customs of the Republic of China era, but also enjoy the comfort, convenience, and warmth of modern life.

Inheritance and Innovation

在這場精心改造之旅中，我們始終秉持“尊重歷史、煥發新生”之理念，宛如呵護稀世珍寶般，謹慎入微地守護其每一絲肌理。原有的院落布局，恰似一幅珍貴的歷史畫卷，被我們虔誠守護；原有的建筑風格，亦如傳世經典，備受精心呵護。建筑主體以鋼結構加固，恰似為歲月的脊梁注入剛勁之力。

In this carefully renovated journey, we have always adhered to the concept of "respecting history and rejuvenating", like caring for rare treasures, carefully guarding every aspect of their texture. The original courtyard layout, like a precious historical painting, is devoutly guarded by us; The original architectural style, like a timeless classic, has been carefully nurtured. The main structure of the building is reinforced with steel, as if injecting strength into the backbone of time.

第二棟建筑中（原主座），一樓的餐飲空間里，復古小吊燈灑下溫馨而柔和的光芒，黑胡桃木色的餐桌椅排列有序，營造出溫馨浪漫且令人陶醉的用餐氛圍。二樓作為業主方的辦公之地，日常經營事務于此處理。

此層同樣采用復古的黑胡桃色辦公家具，兩個接待室里擺放著別致的復古沙發，以弧形印花玻璃作為造型基礎，搭配一旁的3張自由形狀小掛畫為背景，令員工們時刻沉浸于那個時代的悠悠氣息之中，仿若穿越時空，與歷史深情對談。

In the second building (formerly the main seat), in the dining space on the first floor, vintage chandeliers cast a warm and soft light, and black walnut colored dining tables and chairs are arranged in an orderly manner, creating a warm, romantic, and intoxicating dining atmosphere. The second floor serves as the office space for the property owner and handles daily business affairs here.

This floor also features vintage black walnut office furniture, with chic vintage sofas placed in two reception rooms. The design is based on curved printed glass, complemented by three free-form small hanging paintings as backgrounds, immersing employees in the leisurely atmosphere of that era, as if traveling through time and space, and engaging in a deep conversation with history.

相較于前兩棟建筑，第三棟是一座小建筑且只有一層，它是民國風與中西元素交融的廚房。雖未能得見其內部真容，但想必其中定是別有洞天，各類現代化餐飲設備一應俱全，與整體的民國復古氛圍完美契合，為美食的誕生搭建了理想舞臺，就讓我們保留一些神秘感吧~

Compared to the first two buildings, the third building is a small building with only one floor. It is a kitchen that blends Republican style with Chinese and Western elements. Although we were unable to see its true internal appearance, it is believed that there must be a hidden gem in it. Various modern catering equipment is readily available, perfectly matching the overall retro atmosphere of the Republic of China, and providing an ideal stage for the birth of cuisine. Let's preserve some mystery~

步出建筑，室外是一幅如詩如畫的花園草地美景。幾組戶外鐵藝桌椅錯落點綴其間，為人們提供了親近自然、沐浴陽光的清閑休憩之所。設計師團隊還在花園中還精心設計了一座 30 平米的太空艙移動房，這是一次現代化產物與歷史建筑的奇妙碰撞與融合。其外觀顏色與三棟建筑遙相呼應，并將艙內格局一分為二，一半為棋牌娛樂室，博弈之趣盡在其中。另一半則是休閑咖啡吧，休閑座椅，咖啡飄香，悠然時光于此靜享。

Stepping out of the building, the outdoor scenery is a picturesque garden and grassland. Several sets of outdoor wrought iron tables and chairs are scattered among them, providing people with a peaceful and relaxing place to get close to nature and bask in the sunshine. The design team also carefully designed a 30 square meter spacecraft mobile room in the garden, which is a wonderful collision and integration of modern products and historical buildings. Its exterior color echoes the three buildings from afar, and divides the cabin into two parts, with half being a chess and card entertainment room, where the fun of gaming is fully immersed. The other half is a casual coffee bar with relaxing seats, where coffee is fragrant and leisurely time is enjoyed here.

每當夜幕低垂，建筑外部地面的洗墻燈與大樹上的繞樹燈交相輝映，光影如夢似幻，交織成一幅絢麗多彩的畫卷。人們閑坐于鐵藝桌椅旁，沉醉在這花園的愜意時光里，仿若時間于此刻靜止，唯有歷史與現代的交融之音在心底悠然奏響。

Whenever night falls, the wall wash lights on the exterior floor of the building and the tree wrap lights on the big trees complement each other, creating a dreamlike and colorful picture. People sit idly by the wrought iron tables and chairs, immersed in the pleasant time of this garden, as if time stands still at this moment, only the blending of history and modernity plays leisurely in their hearts.
