最近英國(guó)出了個(gè)讓人直撓頭的政策——政府打算發(fā)錢請(qǐng)難民離開(kāi)，一家最多能拿4萬(wàn)英鎊（差不多37萬(wàn)人民幣）。

這事是英國(guó)內(nèi)政部長(zhǎng)剛宣布的。說(shuō)是要解決難民安置這個(gè)“燙手山芋”，搞了個(gè)試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃：那些申請(qǐng)避難失敗、還賴在英國(guó)不走的家庭，只要主動(dòng)離境，每人能領(lǐng)1萬(wàn)英鎊，一家最高4萬(wàn)。但得在7天內(nèi)決定，不接受就強(qiáng)制驅(qū)逐。

為啥突然發(fā)錢？政府算了筆賬：現(xiàn)在養(yǎng)一個(gè)三口之家難民，一年得花15.8萬(wàn)英鎊。這計(jì)劃先針對(duì)150個(gè)住政府房的家庭，要是成了，能省約2000萬(wàn)英鎊安置費(fèi)。

消息一出，英國(guó)徹底炸鍋。保守黨和改革黨直接開(kāi)罵，說(shuō)這是“侮辱納稅人”：“哪是遣返，分明是給非法入境者發(fā)獎(jiǎng)金！”他們怕這招反而吸引更多人偷渡來(lái)“領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)”。

政府趕緊解釋：偷渡一趟就得花1.5萬(wàn)到3.5萬(wàn)英鎊，這點(diǎn)補(bǔ)貼根本不夠當(dāng)“誘餌”。

但人權(quán)組織揪著另一個(gè)問(wèn)題：7天時(shí)間太急了，難民可能來(lái)不及找律師，甚至可能讓孩子無(wú)家可歸。

網(wǎng)友也吵翻了：有人喊“就該驅(qū)逐！直接送回家”；也有人反對(duì)：“申請(qǐng)庇護(hù)是合法權(quán)利啊”。

發(fā)錢趕人這事兒，到底是省錢妙招還是埋雷操作？咱也不敢瞎猜，只能說(shuō)——政策背后的矛盾，比那4萬(wàn)英鎊的數(shù)字更復(fù)雜。
