格隆匯4月24日丨據俄新社，伊朗已授予包括俄羅斯在內的“友好”國家霍爾木茲海峽過境費豁免。伊朗駐莫斯科大使Kazem Jalali表示：“我們為一些國家提供了例外。我不知道未來會發生什么，但目前，我們的外交部正努力利用為友好國家（例如俄羅斯）提供通行費豁免條款。”
