企業AI Agent公司Sierra宣布完成9.5億美元E輪融資，估值158億美元，由Tiger Global與Google GV聯合領投，Benchmark、Sequoia、Greenoaks等老股東跟投。
Sierra由OpenAI董事長、前Salesforce聯席CEO Bret Taylor與前谷歌高管Clay Bavor于三年前聯合創立，專注于面向企業的AI客服Agent。
公司ARR達到1.5億美元僅用了八個季度，據稱是傳統軟件公司中從未有過的速度。
目前已覆蓋逾40%的財富50強企業，客戶包括Prudential、Cigna、Blue Cross Blue Shield及Rocket Mortgage等。
