5月19日，遼寧沈陽大東區一處路口，有市民拍到一輛出租車后車牌被遮擋。20日，記者從當地交警部門獲悉，已找到涉事的出租車及該車駕駛員，交警部門對該輛出租車駕駛員處罰款200元，駕駛證記9分的處罰。此外，該車駕駛員被其所在公司停職，并接受安全教育學習。
