5月27日，最高人民法院審判委員會副部級專職委員劉貴祥在國新辦發布會上表示，“十五五”時期，人民法院將聚焦新興產業領域，針對數字經濟新業態，研究制定涉人工智能、數據產權司法保護的規范性文件。完善數據權屬、數據交易、AI生成等方面的裁判規則，促進數字技術與實體經濟深度融合，助力完善數據要素基礎制度體系。（記者馮家順、齊琪）
