• 牦牛里脊肉 300克
• 白蘿卜 1/5個
• 土豆 1/3個
• 獨頭蒜 1頭
• 紅皮大蔥 1/2根
• 蕪荽 1/2把
• 生抽 1勺
• 老抽 1/3勺
• 白胡椒粉 3克
• 花椒油 幾滴
• 草果粉 3克
• 生姜 4、5片
• 太太樂雞精 一丟丟
• 植物油 適量
• 白酒 1勺
• 料酒 1勺
• 淀粉 1/2勺

2. 牦牛肉放入水盆中加一把面粉搓洗干凈，臭氧機過一遍，按頓真空密封冷凍（牦牛里脊是網購可可西里的，真是太香了）吃時提前解凍，盡量切成杏皮疙瘩子面一樣大。
