• 土豆 1/3個(gè)

• 紅皮大蔥 1/2根
• 蕪荽 1/2把
• 生抽 1勺
• 老抽 1/3勺
• 白胡椒粉 3克
• 花椒油 幾滴
• 草果粉 3克
• 生姜 4、5片
• 太太樂雞精 一丟丟
• 植物油 適量
• 白酒 1勺
• 料酒 1勺
• 淀粉 1/2勺

2. 牦牛肉放入水盆中加一把面粉搓洗干凈，臭氧機(jī)過(guò)一遍，按頓真空密封冷凍（牦牛里脊是網(wǎng)購(gòu)可可西里的，真是太香了）吃時(shí)提前解凍，盡量切成杏皮疙瘩子面一樣大。

1. 白蘿卜、土豆和豆腐也切成杏皮疙瘩子面一樣大。

1. 一口鍋里煮白蘿卜絲，目的方便把白蘿卜鍋里水多次舀到炒菜鍋里，另煮的白蘿卜絲口感好。
