老巷里的端午，總從第一縷糯香漫出蒸籠開始。

天剛擦亮，阿婆就把前一夜泡在陶盆里的糯米撈了出來，白胖胖的米粒浸得透亮，指尖一捻就軟得化開。竹蒸籠在煤爐上冒著白汽，她把包好的三角粽一個(gè)個(gè)碼進(jìn)去，粗草繩在粽身上繞了三圈，系出個(gè)緊實(shí)的活結(jié)。火舌舔著蒸籠底，蒸汽裹著箬葉的清苦混著糯米的甜，順著窗縫鉆出去，飄得半條巷子都浸在軟乎乎的香氣里。

我總愛守在灶臺(tái)邊等，阿婆就順手遞來一小碗溫著的糯米甜酒，酒液里飄著幾粒發(fā)酵的糯米飯，抿一口甜得清潤，后頸的暑氣瞬間就散了大半。她總說，端午的糯食最養(yǎng)人，糯米要泡夠六個(gè)時(shí)辰，蒸出來才夠軟夠糯，吃進(jìn)肚子里，一整個(gè)夏天的疲累都能化開來。

等蒸籠的汽冒得最盛的時(shí)候，阿婆就掀開籠蓋，白汽“轟”地涌出來，裹著滾燙的糯香撲在臉上。她用竹筷把粽子夾出來，放在竹篩里晾涼，隨手就端出早就溫在砂鍋里的糯米飯，上面鋪著一層腌得透亮的五花肉，撒上一把泡得通紅的蜜棗，筷子一戳就能拉出黏軟的絲。盛一小碗放在石桌上，就著窗邊飄進(jìn)來的艾草香咬一口，糯米的香順著舌尖漫開，連風(fēng)都變得軟乎乎的。

午后的巷子里飄著各家各戶的糯香，隔壁阿叔端著一碗自家做的糯米飯走過來，碗邊還貼著兩片新鮮的箬葉；對門的小姑娘攥著半塊糯米糕，臉上沾著白白的糯米粉，跑起來的時(shí)候發(fā)梢系的五彩繩晃來晃去。老人們坐在榕樹下?lián)u著蒲扇，手里攥著用糯米紙包的薄荷糖，說著往年端午賽龍舟的舊事，風(fēng)一吹，糯香混著艾草的清味，把整條巷子的日子都熏得暖融融的。

后來在外地工作，也在甜品店吃過精致的糯米糍，在網(wǎng)紅店買過包裝精美的糯米飯，可總覺得那糯香里缺了點(diǎn)什么。直到今年端午推開家門，阿婆的竹蒸籠正冒著白汽，石桌上擺著盛得滿滿當(dāng)當(dāng)?shù)呐疵罪垼脒呥€放著我小時(shí)候最愛吃的蜜棗。我拿起勺子舀了一大口，黏軟的糯米在嘴里化開，熟悉的香氣裹著熱氣漫上來，瞬間就把這些年在外漂泊的疲累都揉碎了。

原來“糯香滿盞，諸事圓滿”從來不是一句輕飄飄的吉祥話。它是蒸籠里漫出來的軟白汽，是碗里黏得能拉出絲的糯米，是巷子里鄰里之間遞來遞去的熱粽子，是一家人圍在石桌邊，連風(fēng)都慢下來的午后。
