項(xiàng)目背景

常山縣文化博覽中心項(xiàng)目坐落于風(fēng)景秀麗的浙江省衢州市常山縣城東新區(qū)，是該區(qū)域的一顆璀璨明珠。

項(xiàng)目占地面積約為 72 畝，總建筑面積約 76400 ㎡。建筑采用群組式布局，以“胡柚花”為意向?qū)⒔ㄖ苑派錉钚问椒譃槲鍌€(gè)單體：傳媒中心、檔案館、規(guī)劃館、博物館以及文化中心，五棟建筑由中心共享大廳和一層地下室相連，形成一個(gè)整體。

在當(dāng)今社會(huì)，文化已成為城市發(fā)展的靈魂與核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。作為施工方，我們深感榮幸能參與設(shè)計(jì)并建設(shè)這座集文化傳承、藝術(shù)展示、學(xué)術(shù)交流與公眾教育于一體的文化博覽中心。本項(xiàng)目旨在打造一個(gè)既體現(xiàn)地域特色，又融合國(guó)際視野的文化地標(biāo)，成為推動(dòng)城市文化繁榮、促進(jìn)文化交流的重要平臺(tái)。

In today's society, culture has become the soul and core competitiveness of urban development. As the construction party, we are deeply honored to participate in the design and construction of this cultural exhibition center that integrates cultural heritage, art exhibition, academic exchange, and public education. The aim of this project is to create a cultural landmark that not only reflects regional characteristics but also integrates international perspectives, becoming an important platform for promoting urban cultural prosperity and cultural exchange.

文化博覽中心不僅是展覽的空間，更是思想碰撞的舞臺(tái)。設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)調(diào)空間的開放性和流動(dòng)性，促進(jìn)觀眾與展品、藝術(shù)家與觀眾之間的直接對(duì)話。通過靈活多變的展覽布局和多功能活動(dòng)區(qū)域，滿足不同文化活動(dòng)的需求，促進(jìn)多元文化的交流與融合。

The Cultural Expo Center is not only a space for exhibitions, but also a stage for ideological collision. The design emphasizes the openness and fluidity of the space, promoting direct dialogue between the audience and the exhibits, as well as between the artist and the audience. Through flexible and versatile exhibition layouts and multifunctional activity areas, we meet the needs of different cultural activities and promote the exchange and integration of diverse cultures.
