AIRPORT OPERATIONAL STAFF

(SURABAYA & BALI AIRPORT)

Full Time Mandarin Speaker

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Support daily airport and airline operational activities to ensure smooth passenger service and operational coordination.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, airport stakeholders, and related partners.

• Assist passengers with general inquiries and provide customer service support when required.

• Handle operational matters and follow up on related issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Prepare reports and support administrative or operational tasks assigned by Supervisor or Management.

• Perform other duties related to airport operations and customer service as needed.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major; Tourism, Hospitality, Transportation, or Aviation-related back ground is preferred.

  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Willing to be based at Juanda International Airport (SUB) / Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) and work in the aviation industry.

• Good command of Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing). HSK certification is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work in shifts, including :

  SUB Station : morning shifts (5:30 AM - 08:30 AM) and night shifts (21:00 PM - 22:30 PM)

  DPS Station : morning shifts (6:00 AM - 10:00 AM) and night shifts (21:00 PM - 01:00 AM)

  Weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Maximum 35 years old.

SALARY: Negotiable

FINANCE ASSISTANT (JAKARTA)

Full Time Mandarin Speaker

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled finance reports

• Develop and maintain a filing system

• Provide general support to visitors

• Support Finance Assistant in the preparation of regularly scheduled payment

• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

• Support employee and managers administration or other generals queries (absence, data changes (if any), etc)

QUALIFICATION:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Required language(s): Mandarin and English (writing, reading, listening and speaking), already completed min. HSK 4 or more is a PLUS.

• Have cooperative attitude, able to multi-task & working detail oriented

• Fast learning, have a high responsibility sense and willing to learn

• Have excellent ability in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

SALARY: Negotiable
