Lucas Moura Vieira（巴西）
巴西國家公共行政學(xué)院助理教授
盧卡斯·莫拉·維埃拉（Lucas Moura Vieira）擁有巴西利亞大學(xué)哲學(xué)博士學(xué)位。現(xiàn)任巴西國家公共行政學(xué)院治理與發(fā)展專業(yè)碩士項目以及公共政策監(jiān)測與評估專業(yè)碩士項目教師。
他目前擔(dān)任巴西國家公共行政學(xué)院研究生教育總協(xié)調(diào)人，并擔(dān)任巴西利亞大學(xué)倫理與政治哲學(xué)項目組成員，以及國家公共行政學(xué)院治理與發(fā)展新范式項目組協(xié)調(diào)人，該項目組主要圍繞試驗性發(fā)展政策和公共政策開展研究。
其研究興趣主要集中于政治哲學(xué)、巴西批判思想以及發(fā)展政策等領(lǐng)域。
盧卡斯·莫拉·維埃拉將于2026年5月20日-6月14日在復(fù)旦大學(xué)全球南方田野調(diào)查實驗室及復(fù)旦發(fā)展研究院從事訪問研究。
Lucas Moura Vieira holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Brasília. He is a professor in the Professional Master’s Program in Governance and Development (MPGD) and in the Professional Master’s Program in Public Policy Monitoring and Evaluation (MPAM) at the National School of Public Administration (Enap).
He currently serves as General Coordinator of Graduate Studies at Enap. Member of the Research Group on Ethics and Political Philosophy (University of Brasília – UnB) and coordinator of the Research Group on New Paradigms in Governance and Development (Enap), which conducts research on development policies and public policy experimentation.
His research interests focus on political philosophy, Brazilian critical thought, and development policies.
Lucas Moura Vieira will be a visiting scholar at Global South Field Research Laboratory, Fudan University (GSFRL-FDU) and Fudan Development Institute (FDDI) from May 20, 2026 to June 14, 2026.
