Levente Horváth（匈牙利）

匈牙利約翰·馮·諾依曼大學歐亞中心主任，前匈牙利駐上海總領事

Levente Horváth是中國問題專家和亞洲研究學者，曾任匈牙利駐上海總領事，長期從事與中國和亞洲相關的研究與實踐工作，擁有二十余年的研究經驗。他主要的研究方向包括中匈關系、中國—中東歐關系、中國—歐盟關系，重點從經濟、國際關系和地緣政治等視角分析相關議題，并關注全球秩序轉型。

Levente Horváth曾就讀于復旦大學，以中文攻讀旅游管理專業(yè)，并獲得復旦大學“校長獎”。他于2021年在匈牙利佩奇大學地球科學博士學院地緣政治項目獲得博士學位，并以最高榮譽畢業(yè)。2021年，他創(chuàng)立約翰·馮·諾依曼大學歐亞中心，該中心已發(fā)展成為區(qū)域內重要的亞洲研究平臺，并創(chuàng)辦了《歐亞評論》（Eurasia Review）、《歐亞雜志》（Eurasia Magazine）等國際出版物。

因其對中匈關系作出的貢獻，Levente Horváth于2021年獲上海市人民政府頒發(fā)的“白玉蘭紀念獎”。

在FDDI訪問期間，他將圍繞中匈關系、中國—中東歐關系、中國—歐盟關系以及全球秩序轉型等議題展開研究，進一步探討歐亞合作、區(qū)域關系與國際格局變化之間的互動關系。

Levente Horváth將于2026年5月20日至6月30日在復旦大學全球南方田野調查實驗室及復旦發(fā)展研究院從事訪問研究工作。

Levente Horváth is a China expert and Asia researcher. He is the Head of the Center for Asian–Hungarian Relations at Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC), the largest think tank in Hungary, and former Consul General of Hungary in Shanghai. He has over two decades of professional and research experience related to China and Asia. His research focuses on Hungarian–Chinese, China–CEE, and China–EU relations from economic, international relations, and geopolitical perspectives, as well as on the transformation of the global order.

He studied at Fudan University in Chinese, majoring in tourism management, and received the Rector’s Award. He obtained his PhD with summa cum laude distinction in 2021 from the Doctoral School of Earth Sciences, Geopolitics Programme at the University of Pécs. In 2021, he founded the Eurasia Center at John von Neumann University, which has become a leading regional research hub on Asia. The center has launched several international publications, including Eurasia Review and Eurasia Magazine.

In recognition of his contributions to Hungarian–Chinese relations, he received the Magnolia Award from the Shanghai Municipal Government in 2021.

During his stay at FDDI, he will conduct research on Hungarian–Chinese relations, China–CEE relations, China–EU relations, and the transformation of the global order, with particular attention to Eurasian cooperation, regional relations, and changes in the international landscape.

Levente Horváth will be a visiting scholar at Global South Field Research Laboratory, Fudan University (GSFRL-FDU) and Fudan Development Institute from May 20, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
